What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept PayPal, all major credit & debit cards, and ApplePay.

Can I cancel my order?

Unfortunately, we ship so fast, that once an order has been made, we are unable to change it. We will however, allow you to return the item. Please see our Returns & Exchanges policy.

How do I care for my jewelry?

Our jewelry is best kept dry. It is not waterproof, and therefore it is recommended that you do not shower, swim or sweat excessively while wearing it.

What do I do, if my item arrives damaged?

We are committed to great customer service. While we carefully inspect all of our items before they ship, we will gladly replace your item, in the rare case your item arrives damaged.

Here’s how it works: We track all shipments, and we ask that you inspect your item, as soon as it arrives. You must contact us, within 2 days of receiving the item, to report damage. We may ask that you submit a photo, to support your damage claim.  

If it is determined the item is damaged beyond minor human error, we will make our best effort to replace the exact item. Keep in mind, we supply limited quantities of high-demand products. If your exact product is no longer in stock, we will send you another item of equal or lesser value.

We reserve the right to refuse replacement of an item.
